Red.es begins today, in Mérida, a tour to explain the Kit Digital program

today starts in Merida the Red.es roadshow to inform SMEs and the self-employed about what the European aid Digital Kit program consists of. The tour, which will take place throughout Spain, will include information sessions of a highly practical nature that will last several months. In them, SMEs and freelancers will be able to find out in detail how they can access aid, what advantages the digital transformation of companies has and What facilitating role do digitizing agents play? and other collaborating entities in the process of processing and granting aid.

In order to generate the greatest impact, the celebration of these conferences will have the support of collaborators from the local ecosystem, such as regional and local administrations, business organizations and the Acelera SME branch network.

The first stop in Mérida will have the collaboration of the Junta de Extremadura. The next conference will be held at the Valencian Community, Galicia, Castilla-La Mancha and Cantabria.

Enormous interest from digitizing agents to join the program

Since last week the announcement of adhesion to be digitizing agent of the Kit Digital program was published and the Red.es electronic headquarters were opened, they have been more than 4,670 entities those who have been interested in acquiring the status of “adhered digitizing agent” with 1,035 applications formally submitted and another 3,636 in the draft phase.

The attached digitizing agents will form part of the “digitizer catalogue” which will be available soon on the official website www.acelerapyme.es. They will also be the only ones authorized to sign “agreements for the provision of digitization solutions” with the companies that benefit from the aid of the Digital Kit program and digital voucher holders.

In this way, they will be able to accompany them in their digital transformation processes and provide digitization solutions that allow them to advance in their level of digital maturity, in key areas of business digitization.

Some of these areas are: presence on the internet, with the creation or maintenance of a website or the management of social networks; electronic commerce; customer management; the virtual office; business intelligence and analytics; the automation of processes such as accounting, billing or inventory; the electronic invoice; secure communications; and cybersecurity.
