Samsung presents the new Galaxy Book3

The South Korean giant presented the Galaxy Book3 yesterday in society, a new generation of laptops that, as we told you in a leak a few weeks ago, is divided into different ranges: “Ultra” “Pro” and “Pro 360”. Each range has its differentiating characteristicsand target different user profiles.

The first are ultra-portable light but powerful, they come configured with Intel Raptor Lake Mobile (Core Gen13) processors, can be accompanied by GeForce RTX 4050, RTX 4060 and RTX 4070 Mobile graphics cards in Max-Q version and have LPDDR5 memory and high-performance SSD storage units . Its weight is 1.6 kilograms in its base configuration, and it has a 16-inch Dynamic AMOLED screen.

The Galaxy Book3 Pro series is made up of 14-inch and 16-inch models, they use displays with a Dynamic AMOLED panel and also mount Intel Raptor Lake Mobile processors, LPDDR5 memory and high-performance SSD drives. Unlike the previous ones, they do not offer the option of mounting a dedicated graphics card, so they are limited to the integrated Intel Iris Xe. They make up for this with a lower price, and with a lower weight (1.17 kg and 1.56 kg for the 14-inch and 16-inch models, respectively).

Finally, we have the Galaxy Book3 Pro 360, which are convertible and touchscreen versions of the Galaxy Book3 Pro. Their specifications remain without major changes in general, which means that the most important innovations that these models bring are its hinge capable of rotating 360 degrees and its touch screen with stylus support.

For the general consumer market Samsung has also announced the standard Galaxy Book3, which will be cheaper versions of the Pro models and will be available in 13-inch and 15-inch versions. All these laptops come equipped with Windows 11 and have software that improves the integration of Galaxy devices. They will be available between February 17 and 22, and these will be their base prices in Spain:
