Sngular has gone shopping again. This time, the technology company has stayed with a Valencian company dedicated to software development: Belike. It is a consultancy that is based in Valencia and is in charge of creating software tools for different sectors. Among them are energy and real estate, although their specialty is, above all, development for the port logistics sector.
Currently, in fact, the company has two projects under development for two of the main ports in Europe, which happen to be Spanish: Algeciras and Valencia. Apart from this, Belike has a great experience in the cloud.
The entire workforce of the Valencian developer, made up of 40 people, will go to work for Belike, which until the time of the purchase grew more than 25% annually. In addition, Belike contributes a turnover of more than two million euros.
The operation is included in the growth strategy of Sngular, which last year was incorporated into the stock market for companies in expansion BME Growth. This strategy seeks that the integration of companies that it makes is a complement to its organic growth, which allows it to expand its capabilities and scope in different sectors. Of course, the companies that it buys, as the company has stated, have to be in tune with its culture and values, and bet above all on talent.
