The iMac Pro with Apple Silicon could be ready next year

Few are the Mac models that remain to be updated to Apple Silicon and put Intel processors aside permanently. However, there remain, as in Gaul, a few who seem to resist. But due to the new rumors that are emerging, it seems that next year, another model will join the party and make way for the new M2 Chips that are bringing so much joy to the company and to users. It seems that the iMac Pro will come next year and forget Intel.

If you search Apple right now for a computer that begins with “i” you will not find it. The iMacs disappeared from the face of the Apple earth. Now we only find the Mac Pro that still has Intel processors. They are one of the few that continue with this theme, and I don’t think it will last long because, as Tim Cook said, the goal is to do without these processors and use only Apple Silicon. Rumors indicate that there is little left for that end. In fact, it is said that a new iMac Pro may emerge.

According to LeaksApplePro on Howtoisolve, Apple is working on a new iMac Pro for a 2023 release that runs M2 Pro and M2 Max processors. The report also says that the iMac Pro will have a screen that is very similar to the mini LED display of 27 inches with ProMotion technology which will be introduced alongside the new Mac Pro, but of lower quality. Although nothing has been said about the design of the new computer, it is expected to presumably be like a larger version of the 24-inch iMac with a darker space gray body.

We will have to see and wait for more rumors or specifications to come out, to finally be able to specify what it means by lower quality on the screen. Since the current ProMotion have a capacity of 6K. Anyway, what has been said, we have to wait, as with any rumor.
