the required configurations are there, is your PC ready?

The release of Star Wars Jedi Survivor, the long-awaited sequel to Jedi Fallen Order, is fast approaching. Ahead of the launch scheduled for April 28, EA has just revealed the configurations required to play the title on PC. And good news, no need for a thunderbolt.

As you may know, Star Wars Jedi Survivor, the long-awaited sequel to the excellent Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order, is due to land on PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC this April 28, 2023.

Initially, the title was supposed to be released on our machines at the beginning of March 2023, but in the end, the Respawn Entertainment teams preferred to postpone the launch of the game, in to provide the best possible experience for players.

We are now in the home stretch before the return of Kal Kestis. After releasing a new story-focused trailer for the game, EA has just revealed the system requirements to play the title on PC. And good news, a fighter jet is not necessary.

But without further ado, let’s take a look at the minimum and recommended configurations.

Minimum requirements

  • Operating system : Windows 10 64 bit
  • RAM: 8 GB
  • CPU Features: 4 cores / 8 threads
  • Processor* AMD: Ryzen 5 1400
  • Graphics card** AMD: Radeon RX580
  • Graphics Card Specifications: DX12, 8GB VRAM
  • Disk space : 155 GB
  • Alternative processor : Intel Core i7-7700
  • Alternate graphics card : Nvidia GTX 1070

Recommended Setup

  • Operating system : Windows 10 64 bit
  • RAM: 16 GB
  • CPU Features: 4 cores / 8 threads
  • Processor* AMD: Ryzen 5 5600X
  • Graphics card** AMD: RX 6700 XT
  • Graphics Card Specifications: DX12, 8GB VRAM
  • Storage : 155 GB SSD
  • Alternative processor : Intel Core i5-11600K
  • Alternate graphics card : Nvidia RTX 2070

As you can see, you won’t even need to have an RTX 3XXX or 4XXX to enjoy this Star Wars Jedi Survivor in the best conditions on PC. It now remains to be hoped that the title is properly optimized to offer optimal performance.

We keep our fingers crossed, especially after the catastrophic launch of the PC version of The Last of Us. While Sony had accustomed us to excellent ports of its PC exclusives, this adaptation of TLOU deplores galore bugs and major problems performance.
