Star Wars: Jedi Survivor is due to land on our consoles and PCs this April 28. Logically, EA and Respawn Entertainment are speeding up communication around the title. On the occasion of the opening of the GDC, a brand new trailer centered around the history of the title has just been released.
In the recent video game adaptations of the universe of George Lucas, Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order managed to shine in 2019 thanks to a beautiful proposal that skilfully combines exploration, combat and an original scenario.

Well, the direct sequel, called Star Wars: Jedi Survivor, is due to land soon on PS5, Xbox Series X / S and PC. While the release was originally set for March 2023, the date is finally set for April 28.
Star Wars Jedi Survivor promises a darker story
Logically, the game publisher EA is accelerating communication around the title. On this Monday, March 20, 2023, the opening date of the GDC 2023 (Game Developers Conference) in San Francisco, EA has just unveiled a brand new trailer centered this time around the history of the game.
In this opus, which takes place 5 years after the events of the first installment, players will once again find themselves in the shoes of Cal Kestis (still played by Cameron Monaghan). However, the novice Jedi that he was has matured. Our hero is now much more powerful, more experiencedand more confident in their abilities.
“Carrying with him the heavy memories and the wills of the Jedi order, his fight against the Empire is becoming more and more bitter. The time has come for Cal to decide how far he is willing to go to save his loved ones.” EA announcement.
From what the trailer suggests, Cal continued his fight against the Empire alongside the Resistance across the galaxy. Despite all his efforts, fear and mistrust continue to grow.
While the war seems lost in advance, Cal remains determined to find a safe place, spared from the yoke of the Empire, to rebuild the Jedi order. This new adventure will be an opportunity to see familiar faces from the 1st episodeas Cera Junda, Greez Dritus or merrin, who will obviously be able to accompany Cal in combat this time around. New faces will also appear, like the mercenary Bode Akuna.
