Almost half of hoteliers want to implement a self-ordering system

There are many hoteliers who have decided to implement self-order software in their businesses to optimize and facilitate the service of bars and restaurants. According to the ‘Digitalization in Hospitality Study’, carried out by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, four out of 10 hoteliers (44%) want to activate self-ordering in their business.

Self-ordering offers a dual benefits, both to the hotelier and to the client. This system facilitates the management of orders, avoiding long waits both to be served and to receive the food. In turn, the Auto payment speeds up table rotation by 18%.
