The second season of Arcane, the animated series Netflix based on League of Legends is reality and is already in production.
The announcement arrived via social media with a short tweeted teaser of the official profile of the show produced by Netflix and Riot Games, news that does not leave us surprised that much given the excellent response from the audience of the animated series, certainly one of the best on the catalog of the streaming giant.
When will Arcane 2 be released?
At the moment, no further details have been provided regarding the release date of Arcane 2 as the promotional announcement video only shows the logo of the series shattering and exploding then showing the number 2.

Christian Linke and Alex Yee, o-creators of the series, said they were thrilled with the success of the first season of Arcane (available on Netflix from last November 6) and committed more than ever to the realization of the second season:
We are very happy with the positive response to the first season of ‘Arcane’ and are working hard with the creative wizards of Riot and Fortiche to deliver our second season.
Both the original and technical vocal cast have been confirmed with the return of Christian Linke, Marc Merrill, Brandon Beck, Jane Chung and Thomas Vu as executive producers.

The animated series, based on the famous MOBA of Riot Games and of which it is basically the prequel, has as protagonists You And Jinx, two of the many heroines who are part of the League of Legends universe. The show, however, also introduces new characters with extraordinary characteristics.
From the creators of League of Legends comes the new animated series Arcane. The story, set in the utopian region of Piltover and the oppressed valleys of Zaun, reveals the origins of two iconic champions of the game and the struggle for power that will divide them.
