Can you mail in your Apple Watch for screen repairs?
Apple does not offer a mail-in service for Apple Watch repairs. You will have to take the watch to the nearest store or authorized service center. After a store check, Apple will send the watch to a repair center. Be sure to back up your Apple Watch before sending it in for repair.
Book an appointment for Apple Watch screen repair
You can book an appointment at your nearest Apple Store to have your Apple Watch screen repaired. This way, you won’t have to wait in the store for your turn.
- Go to the Get Apple Support page.
- Then select apple watch and then choose Repairs and physical damage on the problem list.
- Now in the list of themes select Cracked or broken screen.
- We will have to click Continue to see your support options.
- You can then call Apple Support or book an appointment at your nearest Apple Store.
- Finally you will have to enter the serial number of your Apple Watch or log in to your Apple ID and select the device to complete the process.
