The last Council of Ministers has approved three lines of financing to support SMEs and innovative entrepreneurship managed by ENISA. A total of 98.5 million euros will be distributed over three lines: Enisa Young Entrepreneurs Line, Enisa Entrepreneurs Line and Enisa Growth Line.
This item will allow the financing of more than 600 business projects, with an estimated induced investment of around 218 million euros.
For the Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, Kings Maroto“entrepreneurship and innovation go hand in hand and ENISA has a long history that has allowed its rise and expansion, through a firm commitment to innovation, so necessary to stimulate economic development and new business models, which enable transformation , not only of the economy, but of society itself”.
Likewise, Jose Bayon, CEO of ENISA has stated that “in this year in which ENISA has celebrated 40 years of its creation, we make a positive assessment of the role that we play as a public entity to advance and grow the entrepreneurial ecosystem and the increase in financial and human resources that will serve to provide a greater and better service to SMEs, entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs in our country”.
