Housell Flex Freemium: free digital real estate service to sell a property

The real estate company has launched its new service, Housell Flex Freemium. It is a free version of Housell Flex, the subscription service launched in 2021, which allows the seller to choose the real estate services they need, so they can sell your house without commissions or intermediaries, through the app.

Housell Flex Freemium is now available and includes many of its services, such as:

  • Schedule buyer visits automatically without having to answer calls and emails. Accept, reject and counter offers by pressing just one button.
  • Duration of 6 months for the free subscription, without requiring exclusivity.

According to Guillermo Llibre, CEO of Housell, it is about “a service focused mainly on those who want to sell on their own or sellers who still they are not so clear about what they want to sell and they want to test the market real estate”. Customers can now organize their visits, receive offers and see statistics without spending a single euro, although there is also the possibility of contracting an extra service if they so decide.
