The first post-credit scene of Spider-Man: No Way Home
The first scene, which arrives in the middle of the credits, ties directly to the post-credit scene of Venom: The Fury of Carnage.
We see Eddie Brock (Tom Hardy) sitting in a bar chatting to Venom. The two personalities discuss what they learned at the end of “their movie”, which is the existence of another universe with Spider-Man attached. Symbiont cells detach from Eddie and remain in that bar, a signal of a now very possible meeting between Venom and Spider-Man. Perhaps the connection between the MCU and Sony’s spider universe will materialize in one of the films that will make up the announced new Spider-Man trilogy?
Spider-Man’s second “post-credit scene”: No Way Home
As already mentioned, this is not a real traditional post-credit scene, since before the lights come on the audience will be able to enjoy the new and unreleased trailer of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, the second Marvel Studios film dedicated to the Sorcerer Supreme.
It is more than anything else an added bonus at the end of the film given the connection between the two films: one opens Pandora’s box of the Multiverse, the other will face the crazy consequences that we will discover in May 2022, when the film with Benedict Cumberbatch will arrive in cinemas.
