Ibexa increases its income by 30% and its sales by 49% in 2022

Ibexa closed 2022 with more than satisfactory results. The provider of the digital experience platform (DXP) for B2B, has presented record results in 2022 driven by its clear strategy to reinvent the most complex digital sales. One year after the company joined QNTM Group, Ibexa DXP has been adopted by leading B2B companies implementing a gradual digitization process along with a rapidly growing network of partners.

Significant growth in sales

In 2022, results exceeded expectations and the 100% partner-driven go-to-market model had a major impact on results. “Traction in Europe has picked up and we are delighted to see more B2B companies reinventing the way they sell by digitizing their complex offerings step by step. A key to our success is that our clients control their investment and grow while they transform”commented Bertrand MaugainCEO of Ibexa.

During this time, company sales grew 49% and revenues 30%. “Digitizing a complex offering requires a sophisticated combination of content, product information, rich assets, and data. During 2022, the median customer loyalty reached 10 years, which is far exceeding the industry standard. This underlines that Ibexa DXP also has long-term strategic impact and future-proof innovation in B2B digital transformation.

Based on customer feedback, Ibexa has been recognized as a top performer in the July 2022 Gartner® Peer Insights “Voice of the Customer” for Digital Experience Platforms report and has received two of the highest ratings in its recognition for the first time in this report for digital experience platforms based on 23 customer reviews as of May 2022.

In the Global Partner Conference recently held in MarbellaIbexa announced that Ibexa Headless would become the new core of a modular Ibexa DXP.
