Patricia Méndez is the new Direct to Consumer Director of MetLife, in Iberia

The insurance company has announced the appointment of Patricia Mendez as the new Direct to Consumer Director of MetLife in Iberia and member of the steering committee.

In this new position, Patricia will lead the Direct to Consumer channel in both markets with the aim of maximize business opportunities through the agreements that the company has with different partners for the distribution of insurance through its digital channels and the more than 700 agents hired by the Call Centers with which MetLife collaborates.

Patricia joined the organization in November 2006 and has developed her professional career in the Direct Marketing channel, for more than 15 years, in different positions of responsibility.

degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Malaga, has also participated in various training programs such as ESADE’s Progresa, whose objective is to prepare women with high potential to take on new challenges in their careers, and improve their ability to influence and manage teams. She also has two higher programs at ESIC to her credit, to increase digital and marketing skills.

Patricia has extensive experience in business development and, prior to joining MetLife, she worked as Project and Business Manager, among other roles, in GSS Group.
