Last October, the Japanese console manufacturer launched an initiative allowing its American customers to order a console directly from its official website, and it has now expanded its list of eligible countries. Customers in select countries on the European continent, including the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, can now order from PlayStation Direct.
The arrival of orders on the official site comes only a few weeks after the opening of the official PlayStation store in France. It offers all the brand’s products as well as accessories for the PS5, including the DualSense controllers, the Pulse 3D wireless headset, the multimedia remote control, the HD camera for the console and the charging station for two controllers. .

How to order a PS5 from the official website?
PS5 registration is open now on PlayStation Direct for customers who haven’t had the chance to get their hands on a console yet. Just go to the registration page with your PlayStation Network ID and email address.
It’s important to note that signing up doesn’t guarantee you’ll get a PS5. Indeed, Sony seems select consumers at random. This method therefore increases your chances of obtaining the console, while preventing stocks from being depleted in a few moments because of scalpers.
Although this is far from guaranteeing you a console, successful applicants will be emailed a date, time and full instructions on how to purchase a copy.. You will always be able to withdraw at the last moment, and the available console will therefore be offered to another person.
As a reminder, Sony is unable to meet the ever-increasing consumer demand. The manufacturer has even recently gone so far as to increase the production of PS4 for lack of being able to manufacture the new generation. It could therefore be that the stocks offered directly by Sony are all as limited as those of other retailers.
