Resident Evil 4: the remake is finally showing and it is impressive

Resident Evil 4 will have the right to its remake. During its showcase, Capcom presented the game in detail, showing us a trailer as well as a game sequence. The least we can say is that the title is impressive.

Released in 2005, Resident Evil 4 was a slap in the face for many gamers. Dusting off the saga and imposing a new standard in action games, the title marked the history of the media. He will be back soon in a remake and Capcom is finally showing us what it’s going to look like.

It was during the Resident Evil Showcase that the studio showed the fruits of his labor. We had the right to a trailer, already, which reveals to us a little the key moments of the adventure. It’s not the first, but it allows us to get a clearer idea of ​​what awaits us.

More so, Capcom unveiled a long gameplay footage. Here we have the village scene. Located at the beginning of the adventure, it is a cult moment that captures the very essence of the title. The graphics are impressive and the gameplay, still with a handheld camera, has been redesigned to be more responsive. For this, Capcom reused what it had learned with the remakes of Resident Evil 2 and 3, released respectively in 2019 and 2020.

No specific release date for the moment, but this remake will arrive on PC and consoles in the course of 2023, we can’t wait.

RE4 was not the only game presented during this showcase. RE:Verse, multiplayer title repeatedly shifted, had the right to a new trailer as well as a release date. It’s for October 24… that’s Monday! The gameplay consists of facing other players in environments drawn from the different opuses of the saga.

Finally, Capcom also released a final trailer for Shadows of Rose, Resident Evil 8 DLC which will conclude the arc of the Winters. It will be available on October 28.

In short, a lot of announcements for the cult horror saga. Thursday is another license that has been talked about with lots of announcements: Silent Hill. Fans of the genre are in heaven.
