Anabel Fernández, CEO of Affor Health, considers that “psychosocial management is increasingly widespread in large companies, but not so among SMEs and entrepreneurs. That is why we have launched, together with Impact Hub Málaga, a network of which we are promoters, this ‘Healthy Route 2022’, because we believe that it is necessary to care for and raise awareness about the mental health and well-being of employees, whether they work in a large company , in an SME or are entrepreneurs”.
