We read in w3volution that the software startup from Navarra, Nexxyo Labshas acquired the Alicante firm, Warlands Corp., to become the largest conglomerate in Europe specializing in the blockchain game development. Between the 216 employees of Nexxyo Labs and the 94 of Warlands Corp, it is possible to form a staff of more than 300 employees.
According to data that have emerged, the purchase would have been made through a operation of more than six figuresthus reinforcing the Nexxyo Labs ecosystem and the national momentum of both the video game sector and blockchain technology.
Both companies have consolidated experience in Web2 and traditional video game development, as well as in Web3 and blockchain video games. To this is added the offer of Nexxyo Labs in the field of software development and blockchain for third parties, by having its own cryptocurrency exchange platform, a Web3 training academy, an audiovisual production company and a laboratory. In addition, from the union with Warlands, it will develop and commercialize SAAS specialized in blockchain.
