Al Andalus Innovation Venture seeks 30 scaleups that will expand throughout the Iberian Peninsula

Al Andalus Innovation Venture is already preparing the second edition of its great event. The same will take place on the days September 26 and 27, 2023, in it Seville Navigation Pavilion (Charterhouse). AAIV23 will count for the second consecutive year with the support of the Junta de Andalucía and the Seville City Council, to which join a long list of sponsors already confirmed in the event such as Acciona, Aptki, Garantia, Omibu or Renaiss.

The call was opened on April 11 and will be available until the middle of next June (the organization will confirm the exact date soon), in search of the 30 scaleups with the greatest business projection in the Iberian Peninsula (companies that bill or are looking for investment of more than 800,000 euros per year). All participating projects must send a company summary (deck) so that they can be evaluated by the management team of Al Andalus Innovation Ventures.

The presentation of the scaleups will be held on the afternoon of September 26 before the investment community that will meet at the meeting (in 2022 more than 100 investors attended the event).

The AAIV22 edition featured thirty scaleups from all over Spain, among which were: Boo!, HuntyFooters, Le Room Service, Lesielle, Lico Cosmetics, Lubets, Scoobic, Slang, Solum, Top Group, Tuklo, Viver Kombucha and Zinkee.

In parallel, during the event they will be held on the morning of the 26th verticalized dynamics with startups by sectors and technologies, which will have the opportunity to exhibit and connect with the national investment community in the Pitch Startup Room.

After the announcement of the date of the event last March, the first five leading speakers who will attend this year are already known, including four from the world of venture capital: Adrián García-Aranyos, Global President of Endeavor ; Laura González-Estéfani, CEO of TheVentureCity; José del Barrio, founder and Managing Partner of Samaipata or Carlos Blanco, co-founder of Encomenda.
