We often try to imagine how anime characters would look if they were real people, perhaps trying to figure out which actor or actress could play a live-action film, so much so that the youtuber AI Mikan has published a video in which he proposes his version in flesh and blood of the protagonists of Neon Genesis Evangelion.

AI Mikan, no stranger to this kind of digital achievements based on popular anime and manga franchises, used artificial intelligence software and machine learning algorithms to make real Asuka, Shinji, Rei, Misato, Gendo, Ritsuko and other protagonists of the signed cult work Hideaki Year.

Neon Genesis Evangelion plot
The story, set in the futuristic city of Neo Tokyo-3 fifteen years after a planetary catastrophe, known as Second Impact, which saw the world attacked by extraordinary beings with different special abilities called Angels.
