Federico Welsh is the new Chief Human Capital Officer of NEORIS

The digital accelerator, NEORIS, has signed up Frederick Welsh as the new Chief Human Capital Officer. The executive will be in charge of the global management of the company’s human capital, designing strategies that enhance the talent-centric vision and the implementation of actions that promote the sense of belonging and the constant motivation of the teams.

Likewise, Welsh will be responsible for giving continuity to the company’s plans regarding growth in the amount of talents around the world, in addition to strengthening the position of NEORIS as one of the best companies to work for.

With this new appointment, the company continues to strengthen its management team in response to the challenges that the technology industry presents in terms of attracting and retaining human talent.

Frederick Welsh is a corporate lawyer and has more than 20 years of experience working in top-level multinational companies, in the areas of human resources. Before joining NEORIS, he was, since January 2018, Accenture’s Human Resources Director for the Hispanic South America region, a company he joined in 2015.
