The fourth season of Stranger Things is scheduled to premiere next Friday, May 27th. A week earlier, this Friday (20), Netflix released the first eight minutes of the new season on YouTube.

Netflix also revealed how many episodes will be in each of the two “volumes” of season four. Volume one, which debuts next week, will have seven episodes. Volume two, which debuts just over a month later on July 1, will have two episodes.

Synopsis for all seasons of Stranger Things
1st season
A boy named Will, who disappears in Hawkins just as several supernatural events begin to occur in the city. In the midst of this, a girl with special powers appears and may be the great solution.
2nd season
Will reappears in Hawkins, but nothing is quite the way it was in the city.
3rd season
A new mall opens during 1985 in Hawkins, and once again, a summer holds supernatural events for the town’s residents.
4th season
For the first time, the main group of Hawkins’ series of friends breaks up six months after the Battle of Starcourt.
