Premiumguest was born with a clear purpose, optimize and digitize event management. Thanks to its powerful software, leisure professionals such as nightclubs, restaurants, hotels, beach clubs… can sell tickets on their own website and under your own brand. In addition, to be able to generate your own exclusive database, since, unlike traditional ticketing companies with B2C models, the event organizer has no control over it.

The power of this software also makes it possible to include an interactive map so that customers can choose the location of their favorite table or seat within the premises, control the capacity in real time and integrate sales from more than 200 sales channels such as Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, Resident Advisor or freelance public relations who can help promote the event.

Premiumguest has a model similar to that of Shopify or CoverManager, but for recurring event organizers with B2B models, with a white label solution that allows them to generate databases and connect with other players to help their clients sell more.

80% of event tickets are sold online

The services market has experienced an exponential digitization in the last 25 years. The first vertical were the hotels, with companies like Booking or Cloudbeds; restaurants started in 2007 thanks to companies like TheFork (TheFork) or, a few years later, CoverManager and the most recent has been the events vertical, with companies like Fever since 2014 or Premiumguest since 2018.

The events industry has multiplied by 8, in the last 3 years. In 2019, only 10% of tickets were sold online, while the rest were sold at the box office. Currently, since the reopening after the pandemic, online sales represent between 80 and 100% of the total. Spain has always been an international benchmark in the events sector and specifically in nightlife.

According to International Nightlife, our country is the one with the most nightclubs in the Top 100, with a total of 22, followed by the USA with 15. Without a doubt, a good context for the Barcelona startup to consolidate itself as an international leader in the sector.
