The space is located in Poblenou, a strategic area of Barcelona that has established itself as one of the most attractive for companies and startups, especially in the technology sector.
A total of 2.5 million dollars has been invested for ’22 @ Glòries’, since it has been completely rehabilitated by the architects Xavier Isart and Maria Domínguez, with those who have already worked for the expansion of another of their locations, Cloudworks Sagrada Familia.
It is a location of serviced office, Also known as personalized offices, specially conceived for companies with particular demands; in which several companies can coexist, and has 2,150 m2 divided into four floors and capacity for 250 jobs.
With this opening, Cloudworks is committed to a new area of Barcelona with a lot of projection, 22 @ Glòries, the neighborhood of dynamism thanks to its local and fresh spirit in which technology, cutting-edge design and creativity converge, as indicated by the company.

The building has all kinds of services, common areas and spectacular terraces, freshly ground coffee, abundant natural light, etc. In addition, a few minutes from your location there are multiple leisure and restaurant venues, that will allow professionals moments of inspiration and relaxation.

This will not be the only novelty that the coworking company will present in Barcelona in the last months of 2021, as it plans to expand your current location to Drassanes – La Rambla, located in the Colón building at the end of La Rambla and considered one of the most iconic buildings in Barcelona as it is the first to exceed 100 meters in height.
Currently, Cloudworks has in this tower a plant of serviced office, which will expand with a coworking in the clouds, by adding two additional floors to the last 3 of the building.
