Workday has a new VP for South EMEA: Hervé Uzan

Workday has appointed a new Vice President for South EMEA. Is about Hervé Uzan, who will be responsible for all the activities and operations of the company in France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. Uzan will lead various multidisciplinary teams, which will aim to drive innovation in the area, as well as contribute to the growth of Workday and strengthen the company’s execution in the area.

Hervé Uzan has 30 years of experience in the information technology sector and has a degree in Computer Engineering, which he studied at the Université de Technologie de Compiègne, in France. He joined Workday in 2021 to serve as Vice President of Operations for EMEA. In addition to working in this role, Uzan has led other projects within the company, which have helped both streamline Workday’s EMEA strategy and boost the customer ecosystem.

Currently, Uzan is also the Head of the Workday EMEA Advisory Boardin which former CEOs of several large European companies participate, whose mission is to advise and support the company in its expansion process in the region.

Prior to joining Workday, Hervé was part of the Salesforce workforce in South EMEA, a spell in which in his last term he was the company’s Deputy General Manager in France. He has previously held positions at technology such as VMware, SAP and Apple.

The manager has shown his satisfactionfor accompanying companies across southern Europe on their journey towards digital transformation, as they seek to achieve greater agility in managing change. Workday will play a key role in supporting large and midsize companies in the region looking to transform their finance and HR functions to remain competitive in these highly uncertain times.«.
