Among these we find that it is addressed to employees, self-employed or unemployed who currently do not receive other benefits. On the other hand, it is important to know that the whole income received last year must be less than 27,000 euros per year.
You must also have a heritage less than 75,000 euros, although here the habitual residence is excluded from this patrimony to which we mention. Said patrimony refers to the sum of the income belonging to family members who live at the same address. Lastly, and as expected, we must have habitual residence in Spain.
How to apply for the benefit
We have already told you before that the application period ended just a few days ago and now many are waiting to receive these 200 euros for food. In order to make things easier, the Tax Agency made a website available to everyone to carry out the request.
It is worth mentioning that, once the application period has ended, the same website of the Tax Agency is used to check the status of the application already submitted. For this we only need to authenticate ourselves digitally using the Cl@ve method, a digital certificate or using the electronic DNI. Once we have digitally authenticated ourselves, we will be able to see first-hand the status of our request for help from 200 euros for food. In the event that we have not yet received that amount that we mentioned in our specified account, we can find three different states in the query through the Tax Agency website. On the one hand, we can find that in the field State of the web that appears on the screen, our request shows the term LOW. This means that we have not been included in this aid for not meeting the aforementioned requirements. Come on, we are not going to receive the 200 euros of help no matter how much we wait.
On the contrary, the status of the HIGH, means that the application is still in the approval period by the Tax Agency. We will still have to wait a while until we receive it in the account. Likewise, if we find the status 0A, that means that the request has already been approved and in a few days we should receive the aid.

Obviously here we also have to identify ourselves digitally with one of the methods discussed above. Then, we will have the possibility to check the status of the aid processing at that time.
When will I receive the payment
It must be borne in mind that the first batch of payments was made on April 17, although there have been two more since then. It is expected that all the applicants will receive the aid of 200 euros before the end of this month of May.
Of course, we must also take into account that the Tax agency It has a maximum term to make the payment of 3 months. Basically, this means that officially the Treasury has until July 1 to enter this aid of 200 euros for food in our account. If this does not occur, it is most likely that we have not met any of the requirements and we are not entitled to said aid.
