Helena Herrero will be President of HP for Southern Europe, the Middle East and Africa; and Inés Bermejo, Director of HP Iberia

hp has appointed Helena Herrero President of the Middle East and Africa Regionssince joins the presidency of the company in Southern Europe (Spain, France, Italy and Portugal), which he already practiced. Also, Ines Bermejo will take the position of Director of HP Iberia.

The company has given Helena Herrero the responsibility she needs to develop HP’s strategy on the African continent, focused on facing the challenges of the area in a market with a notable impact of the geopolitical problems of the planet. Despite her new responsibilities, Herrero will continue to maintain a strong link with the company’s strategy in the country.

Inés Bermejo’s new responsibility is focused on managing HP’s business on the peninsula. She is also committed to maintaining the company’s leadership in the areas of Personal Systems and Printing Solutions, for which she will rely on innovation in products and solutions. Also, Bermejo will be responsible for defining the commercial strategy for the Spanish market.

Helena Herrero joined HP in 1982, always holding different senior management positions in the company. In 2012 she was appointed President and CEO of HP for Spain and Portugal. Shortly after, she became the President of HP for all of Southern Europe, which in addition to Spain and Portugal, also includes France and Italy.

As for Inés Bermejo, she has been working at HP for 25 years, during which she has held different positions of responsibility in the areas of sales, finance, category management and printing. In recent years she has been in charge of the Consumables area for EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), and has been the Director of the HP Printing division for all of Southern Europe.

The new Director of HP Iberia has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the San Pablo CEU University, and in Law from the UNED. In addition, she has completed a Digital Business Executive Program (DIBEX) on digital transformation of the company, taught by ISDI.
