The Batman: Robert Pattinson announces big surprises for the DC FanDome 2021

In a few weeks, the DC FanDome, the event dedicated to fans of the DC universe where, among the many previews, there will be great space and many surprises related to The Batman, the film coming next year starring Robert Pattinson.

To announce it was the actor himself, who revealed that he had recorded something with Zoe Kravitz especially for the event, without however anticipating anything about the plot of the film.

Big surprises related to The Batman during the DC FanDome

Scheduled for the night between 16 and 17 October, the event DC FanDome will preview some projects set in the DC universe. In addition to The Flash, Shazam 2 and the Gotham Knights video game, a lot of space will be dedicated to the Matt Reeves dedicated to the Dark Knight.

It was just right Robert Pattinson, protagonist of the film, to announce to Variety the presence of big surprises related to the film The Batman, which will be shown during the DC FanDome preview.

Pattinson said: “Zoe and I did a few things. It’s a funny little thing. There are many surprises for this event.

In addition to this, the presentation of the new trailer dedicated to the film had already been announced, which is preparing to enter the promotional phase in view of its release early next year.

Already last year, during the DC FanDome, director Matt Reeves had shown a first look at the project, anticipating that the story will address the rampant corruption present in Gotham and how the Wayne family will bond with it all.

The film, we remember, after the abandonment of Ben Affleck at the DCEU, it became a separate element from the rest of the franchise. Bruce Wayne, played by Pattinson, will live in a different reality from the one seen so far, providing the widest creative freedom for director Matt Reeves to bring Bat Man back to the big screen. In the cast we will also find Jeffrey Wright as Commissioner Gordon, Zoe Kravitz as Catwoman, Colin Farrell will be Penguin, Andy Serkis the butler Alfred e Paul Dano the main antagonist, the Riddler.

The marketing campaign of The Batman could leave during the DC FanDome, with the film’s release scheduled for March 4, 2022.
