The Cybertruck will also have a screen on the back, this video proves it

New information regarding the Cybertruck continues to trickle in as its launch nears. Thanks to a promotional video shared on the web, we can confirm the presence of a screen nestled between the two front seats, as offered by the Model S, Model X and the new Model 3.

As you may know, there is a good chance that the Cybertruck will finally be marketed by the end of 2023. Presented in 2019 during an awkward conference for Elon Musk, the electric pickup should finally land after long years of development. Beginning of July, Tesla has proudly announced the production of the 1st series Cybertruck within the Austin Gigafactory, a sign that the manufacturer is in the nails on the calendar side.

For the moment, the brand has not yet decided to officially present its latest baby, but this does not prevent the Cybertruck to make many remarkable outings. Camouflaged versions of the Cybertruck have been spotted on the roads of Palo Alto several times. Lately, we’ve even been able to see images of the Cybertruck disguised as a Tundra, a barely subtle snub to Toyota (one of the biggest sellers of electric pickups in the United States).

Several videos from the production lines have also leaked on the net, thus allowing to discover certain details on the Cybertruck. We know in particular that the pick-up will indeed carry a frunk, or a front trunk if you prefer. And on this Monday, September 4, 2023, a new video posted on the forum Cybertruck Owners Club reveals size information.

This excerpt, visibly filmed during the recording of a promotional video on the Cybertruck (evidenced by the video camera mounted on a dial to limit jolts), confirms the presence of a screen at the back. Just like on the latest Model X, Model S or even on the new Model 3 Highland, this slab intended for the rear passengers will be nestled between the two front seats. We imagine that we will be able to access various services (like YouTube and others) and control the air conditioning from this screen, as in the revisited Model 3.
