Yesterday, the news was rocked by the half-word announcement of the closure of 47 Micromania-Zing stores in France, but also by Meta’s threat to close Facebook and Instagram in Europe. Today, no shock revelation, but several news that are worth a look. Here is our selection of the day.

You won’t be able to play the Steam Deck for very long

Valve admits it itself: with an estimated autonomy of between 2 and 8 hours, we are quite far from what we could have hoped for from the console. Problem, the reality would be even worse than this announced range. Indeed, the GamerNexus Youtuber came to the end of the battery in just 87 minutes. His colleague ThePawx breaks his record with 85 minutes, while LinusTechTips restores the image a little with 3 hours and 21 minutes. Better to have a charger nearby.

A fake CAF email invites you to complete a form to receive inflation compensation », CAF announced in an official publication. This fraudulent email thus evokes an aid of 387 € (compared to 100 € normally) to help the French to cope with the rise in prices. The problem is that you have to fill out a form, which of course only serves to steal the victims’ personal data, in order to reach them. Caution, therefore.
